Speakers
Dr. Airton Kohls
Dr. Airton Kohls is a Research Associate at the Center for Transportation Research, University of Tennessee. 

He serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the University of Tennessee Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, teaching Traffic Engineering Operations and is the leading instructor for CTR’s Traffic Signal Academy. 
Jason Oldham, P.E.
Jason Oldham is Tennessee DOT’s State Traffic Engineer with 20 years in the transportation field. 

He currently serves as a voting member for both TRB’s Standing Committee on Access Management and AASHTO’s Committee on Traffic Engineering. 
Eddie Curtis, P.E.
Eddie Curtis is a Traffic Management and Operations Specialist with the FHWA. 

He manages the Arterial Management Program, responsible for advancing objectives and performance-based approaches to traffic signal management and operations. He currently leads FHWA’s Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures Initiative. 
Jesse Manning
Jesse Manning has been working with government agencies on the local, state and federal levels for his entire career. 

He was part of Rhythm Engineering’s business development from 2014 to 2017. Immersed in the world of traffic ever since, Jesse works with both corporate partners and federal government representatives to spread awareness of ITS technologies, benefits, and the need for increased adoption of smart infrastructure solutions. 
Adam Moser, P.E.
Adam Moser has spent 20+ years designing, integrating, testing, operating, and maintaining ITS and advanced signal systems, including ASCTs in both the private and public sectors. 

His experience is highlighted by the deployment and operation of many different adaptive signal systems. Currently, Adam serves as the City Traffic Engineer for the City of Franklin, after his years of travel as a consultant. He is a graduate of Michigan State University.
